As a designer, a developer, or a content creator, you know your product inside and out. If you’re serious about making it a pleasure to use for all, you might be looking for a fresh perspective on it. Why not get some people with disabilities involved in your testing?

In this talk, we will cover:
- How to set yourself up for success before the first tester even starts your scenarios
- How to empower your testers with a great setup and experience
- How to use what you find in testing to get the most effective results

Lucy Greco and Caroline Boyden are members of the Web Access team at UC Berkeley, where they’ve been running accessibility clinics since 2005. Lucy has experience on all sides of the testing equation, as a user of assistive technology, a test participant, and a test facilitator. Caroline is a Drupal developer and accessibility advocate. Join us and learn from 15+ years of testing mistakes and successes.
