We're super excited to spread some news. We've booked Concordia University's John Molson School of Business in Montreal from Wednesday, June 12 to Friday, June 14 for this year's conference.

Look into Roam Mobility but I think it is only for the US. I used to use it regularly when traveling to the US. No idea if it is still competitive but it used to be.
As for Canada. Good luck. Canada is one of the most expensive mobile phone countries anywhere. Like way ridiculously off the charts. So my guess is some sort of travel package will be overly expensive.

Thx @tima and @colan. Sad to know that Canada has so expensive mobile data plan.
As I’ll stay in Washington DC in May to deliver a project for a local Drupal shop (and also to improve my english), I think the least expensive will be to buy a plan for 60 days in the USA with rooming for Canada and then move to Montréal at the beginning of June.
