"No one argues today that automated tests are one of the keys to successful, quality software projects. But what does it mean?
Drupal core has tens of thousands of tests. From the quality assurance perspective, that means that if you build a site using only core, without any contributed or custom code (including the theme!), it would have good quality.
How can you ensure high quality of the site, if you start adding contributed modules/themes? Is it enough to choose modules with good test coverage?
What if you add the custom code to the equation? How do you keep the balance between the project budget and quality?
