Hi all,
I hope you had a fantastic summer!
We are getting ready to start scheduling our WRDUG meetings for 2023-2024. We have traditionally met on the third Thursday of every month, starting at 7pm. We are considering moving that start time back by half an hour due to scheduling conflicts.
Question: does a start time of 6:30 work for you?
We are planning to meet at the University of Waterloo again this year. We're currently not sure if the room will be the same as last year.
If you have any other feedback on meeting dates/times/locations please post here. If Thursdays in general don't work for you, or you'd rather see a completely different schedule, or if you have any other ideas/suggestions for meeting rooms we would love to hear it.

As for me, 18:30 works just fine! Online, I'm ok with it as well. But I plan to attend in person.
Half an hour earlier works
Half an hour earlier works for me too. I would also aim to attend in person, but of the room had easy online connectivity it would be worth setting it up?
Works for me
My preference would always be in person but having a reliable online option is great for evenings where things don't go as planned.
6:30 works as well as 7:00 for me.
My evenings are either completely open or completely busy.
