An online test or education module

Hello everyone!
I'm from China and I have used Drupal and developed modules for 3 years. I'm adminitrator of our school's BBS and one department website using Drupal. Currently I am doing some work with Drupal for an online competition. The competition is just like http://www.hackthissite.org/. I find that there isn't any modules related to education or competition management, but I think Drupal is quite suited for the job and we cannot fall behind by other cms system. So I think we can develop such a module that can:

1. add some test/challenge/homework/course for student members.
2. member can choose the right answer or upload his solutions to competition manager.
3. each challenge will have a score, member will get the score by submitting his right answer or approved by the manager manually.
4. there will be a ranking list and pass log.
5. the judge method of test can be of many types, such as fixed password, random password, a file such as a program judged manually and so on. There can also be some time limit.
6. manage can modify the status of a specific test and member.
7. there may be some courses or materials for the member to learn, maybe integrate video, flash, and ppt or pdf.
8. we can organize different tests in the calendar.

Such system can be used in class for student homework management, in online competition, in online education management and so on. Since Drupal is widely used in universities, I think it will be a popular module for school.

I have used Drupal and enjoyed the convenience for three years, I hope I can contribute back to the community :)
