There are basically five major tasks to complete which will be covered by my proposal as well as my timeline of two months, of the Summer of Code. Imporve the SMS Framework module
Overview:
SMS Framework which has its beginnings in GSOC has grown a far way, the vision of the invasion of wireless technology has been realized. SMSFramework allows for Drupal to be a management tool in sending and recieveing SMS notifications. Many modules including, notifications, and VBO can now be integrated to perform ingenious applications utilizing the SMSFramework.

LDAP User and Groups Integration with Scalable LDAP integration framework
Overview:
Most of the systems uses LDAP as a backend store for the user information and their groups for authentication and access control. So, the integration modules are developed keeping in mind this fact turned out to be with the fixed or limited set of attributes to be mapped with. So this makes the LDAP integration limited to those set of attributes and in turn assumes certain backend configuration.
The aim of this project is to develop a framework for creating and utilizing a map of any arbitrary entries. This would help in setting configuration that is flexible and not so dependent on the directory implementation.

This proposal is about building and connecting the required modules to enable drupal to be used for and easily deployed by school and universities to manage and facilitate associations between room, course, lecturer and student type entities. Most important capabilities: room booking, degree programmes, course assignment, course specific files, timetable/room schedule generation, management of grades and performance records, course feedback coupled with a customizable notification system.

Overview
The Project aims to take drupal-gapps project to the next level by :
- Integrating the Google Applications ( Google Docs, etc) with Drupal
- Improvising and adding more features to existing drupal-gapps API.

Drupal launchy module proposal
Update: The previous proposal of implementing a new module was completely revised at the end because I was suggested that most of functionalities already exist in modules: Cobalt and Teleport. I investigated those modules and changed my previous proposal to this one below which is basically upgrade of Cobalt module together with some features I found missing and previously planned to implement with the new module.

LimeSurvey integration and more
Background
While there are a handful of options (such as webform, Quiz module, etc) that can do some survey work, Drupal still does not have a robust and full scale survey module yet.
LimeSurvey is a powerful and open source survey application that comes with many features.
Objectives
1) Integrate Drupal with LimeSurvey
2) Extend the functionality beyond simple integration.
