Am on the look out for young (or young at heart) designers who are fast, highly creative, not too obsessed by process and methodology, and familiar with drupal. Oh, and they should be motivated primarily by the nature of the project rather than the contract fee :-)

You want highly skilled staff who can work quickly and you're offering the privilege of working on your project which may not be terribly organised and doesn't pay well. My suggestion is to come up with something better! :)
