Only Authenticated users to Drupal can view gallery bock in Drupal.
How can I fix this?

There's two sets of permissions to grant:
1: In Drupal, grant anonymous users Gallery access under user permissions
2: In Gallery album view, you can edit permissions -> Add 'View resized versions' permission to group 'Everybody'
You can set this in the root album, and pass along that permission to your sub albums also.

permissions rule everything in Drupal. Every time you enable a new module, there will likely be a new permissions set to grant to your users and groups. Gallery's can be much simpler because of inherited permissions of albums, but that can also make you lazy and forget about them.
