I'd like some feedback from Sydneysiders about whether or not there is enough interest to form a group. It looks like the last efforts fizzled.
With enough interest, I'll be glad to try to organise a venue.

I am interested in forming a Sydney group, I work at Haymarket, Sydney.

The Drupal group http://groups.drupal.org/sydney already exists, but some some organization/cheerleading for regular 'informal nights' meetings would be appreciated.
@Dennis, if there is enough interest, let me know if you need help with logistics etc.

FWIW, the sydney group actually organized a meetup earlier this year. There was about 8-10 of us present and there was a fair bit of interest in having another one, but I think I kind of ran out of time to organize anything and there wasn't quite enough momentum to get other people together. I would probably show up if someone organized another one though =)
