Start:
2007-11-02 19:30 - 21:30 US/Eastern As announced, we are doing another meetup on Nov 6 at 6:30pm.
We've been invited by Team Lullabot to hold our meetup in downtown Providence at the famous Biltmore hotel. Their whole team is in town giving workshops. Are folks interested in changing things up and doing the meeting there? I recognize that it is quite far for many people. Please post a comment here if you can go to Providence, and if not, would you go to Harvard Berkman Center as usual.
I will announce the final location of the meetup by Sunday night.
The next meeting will be December 11 @ 6:30 pm at Havard Berkman Center in Cambridge

Yes
Yes I would like that location. I go back and forth between Amherst, MA and Newport, RI so it works great for me.
Yes
I'd be pleased to meet the Lullabots and see the Biltmore at the same time.
If the meetup goes to Providence, I could provide a ride for two or three people. I'd probably leave by 4:30 to make sure to arrive in Providence by 6:30. Use my contact form if you're interested...
Works for me
The Biltmore is definitely easier for me (I work in Providence), and I should be able to drag along a couple more drupal fans from the area too.
More info
Allow me to sell it a little bit more...
We've got a big room at the Biltmore that overlooks the park at Kennedy Plaza right in downtown Providence. We'll have a video projector and a sound system to do lightening talks and demos.
We can also have a cash bar right in the room.
The Lullabots in town will be: Jeff (eaton) Eaton, James (walkah) Walker, Addison (add1sun) Berry, Nathan (quicksketch) Haug, Angie (webchick) Byron, Robert (robertDouglass) Douglass, and myself. I'm sure some of the 'bots would love to talk about features that they've contributed to Drupal 6 as well as other "items of interest" in the Drupal world.
We've got the room basically as late as we'd like.
Providence is a 45-minute drive from Boston. The Biltmore is visible from the Providence MBTA commuter rail train station. The train costs $4.75 each way (I think). The last train to Boston leaves Providence at 9:45p and arrives at South Station 10:55. Commuter rail schedule (be sure your train that goes all the way to Providence).

I am interested. I didn't
I am interested. I didn't even think to ever check for local Drupal users, so I will be there to meet everyone, too.
Catch you in December
Work schedule unfortunately does not allow for a trip down to Providence.
I'll catch you all in December in Cambridge.
I'll be there.
Either Providence or the Berkman Center is fine for me. Cheers.
Providence it is
OK, we're doing this months meetup in Providence at the Biltmore. If noone posts better instrictions, ask for the Lullabot workshops when you get there. Thats the space we'll be occupying.
Also, after the meetup I'd love a ride back to Rt. 128 Amtrak Station in Westwood if anyone will pass by there. It is just off of Rt. 95. I'll have a car at that Station.
I am going from Norwood, so
I am going from Norwood, so if you need a ride to Providence, drop me a line through my contact form @drupal.org. If it's not too late, I probably can give you a ride back, but don't count on it.
We're in the Garden Room
We're in the Garden Room (on the 2nd floor) at the Biltmore. There will be a sign posted in the lobby.
Here's the Google Map for the Biltmore:

There's on-street parking around the Biltmore (free after 6pm), valet parking at the Biltmore (if you're posh), and various parking garages nearby. As mentioned above, the train station is also very close.
