Configuring "Most Used Terms" panel

Hi,
I'm trying to limit my "Most Used Terms" to use Taxonomy terms rather than topics. Any ideas on this (if at all possible)? I've look everywhere in Admin but cannot seem to find it - not sure if it has a different name ...
They key aim is to consistently take users to taxonomy pages rather than topics page.
