Greetings IA Team Members,
I am planning a skype meeting to discuss where we are and of course to gathering your input.
I am Eastern Daylight Time, Time zone offset: UTC - 4 hours
I am very flexible with the meeting date and times, so please let me know all the dates and times you are available.
I would like to schedule the SKYPE meeting with the next 2 weeks.
I am currently using MS Project, so please let me know if you can support that document or prefer to use a different project management software, preferably open source, so it can be available to the entire team.
Please email me your dates/times, and I'll send back the gantt chart and meeting agenda for your feedback.

9-11 AM Pacific Time works
9-11 AM Pacific Time works well for me on any weekday. Afternoons also work on Monday and Tuesday.
I don't have MS project, so it would need to be an open source option (I've never used non-proprietary project planning software, so I don't have a specific recommendation).
agreed
9-11 AM Pacific Time would be around 4pm UK time, which should be ok, or a few hours later so its evening time here is good for me.
Most days next week other than Wed are generally ok.
Have you used Doodle? http://www.doodle.com/ Great way to suggest a few times and go with the one that most people can make....
Availability
Hi guys,
I'm with Paul - a few hours later would suit me in the UK too since I work fulltime (would that be possible on the Pacific-coast end Wes?)
Also I'm swamped this week and can only do early Tuesday night anyway (and even then I have to try to reschedule something) so perhaps it would be better if you go ahead without me – you've everything I developed thus far on the wiki pages and the persona discussions. I can scribe-up the meeting as long as one of you records it on Skype (can someone please make sure you do that?)
I also don't have MS Project – what are you hoping to use it for: resource allocation, scheduling or the whole PM shebang? Either you could run MS Project then email us your docs as PDFs or we could use some sort of web-based or open-source solution. I'm Mac based but can run Windows.
Doodle
Yeah, I'm pretty flexible. But I think Paul is right--we're best off setting up a doodle poll for this.
I know this is a bit late
I just found about this initative and would love to get involved. If there is anything I can do or some stuff to read get back to me
