I posted an issue below about a problem I was having with Features while upgrading from 1.7.1 to 2.0 to 2.1 (all in one sitting).
For some reason, things seemed to be working ok after the 2.0 upgrade, but when upgrading to 2.1, I could not finish the final step of reverting the Features listings default because the listings did not appear.
In the upgrade process, I did have some problems with not being able to delete the files that were supposed to be deleted (in the upgrade procedure) because I could not find any of those files (both for the 1.7.1 to 2.0 upgrade and 2.0 to 2.1 upgrade). I'm sure this must have something to do with my problems, but I don't know how to get around this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
