Hi Team, I just started using Drupal and now I got stuck with Profiles. I'm using Content Profile module to create a profile. I would like to view the faculty and staff member's profiles with short bio (picture and name) list and link this page to a long bio (bigger picture, more detail info) page. I was wondering if anyone can help me? Thanks.

use views for this
I'd suggest using views to accomplish this. You can create a view with the fields you want for the list (picture, name, short bio), and make it link to the full profile page, which can be either the user's page or another display of your view.
You'll want a node view with a page display, filtered by "published" and by node type=your profile type(s).
