Process for creating motions for the foundation of the Belgian Drupal Association

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

With a couple of smaller and bigger events on the horizon members of the Belgian Drupal community voiced the need for a Belgian Drupal Association that could take financial responsibility for these events and that could be used to carry over revenues from one event to the next.

Since this is an urgent matter (we would need the financial entity by the beginning of December), we need a process to speed up the decision making that is why we've decided to split up all the discussion points and have owners for these points who have to do some background research and propose at least 1 motion by Friday 1st of October.

From Friday the 1st until Wednesday the 6th everybody else (from the wider community) will have the opportunity to discuss these motions in this group on gdo and to formulate a counter motion. The issues we've identified so far are noted in the meeting minutes from the meetup on the 22nd here.

Motions should be posted in this group in the following format:
title: "[issue title]: [short motion title]"
body: "[full motion]
[explanation, background research]"

At the meeting we'll than vote on all the motions that were put together.

The meeting is planned to take place at Hackerspace in Brussels in Scha{a,e}rbeek at 20h on the 6th of October.

If you have any issues that we still need to address, you can post a comment here and put together a motion and post that motion in the Belgium group.
