This may be early but since I just registered for ALA in Anaheim (actually last Friday to take advantage of the deep discount) I thought I'd see what people thought about organizing something related to Drupal for Libraries.
Maybe a BoF (Birds of a Feather) session or something similarly casual (and fun).
It'd be great to get together.

How do we do this . . .
I think this is a great idea....
How would we go about doing this?
Are you talking about something very informal, like a meeting at a local pub/coffee shop? (Do they have pubs in Anaheim?)
Or, is this something we would need to submit to ALA or one of its divisions?
I am becoming a pretty active member of LITA but am still not sure how it all works.
One idea would be to try to informally gather in the LITA Blog room, assuming there is one this year and depending on how many of us there are... at least, we would have wireless access and power (hopefully).

Anything's Possible!
We could get a couple of people to do very short presentations -- on either their own sites or some other aspect of Drupal/Libraries.
We could do a round-robin of people and what they're interested in or working on.
Frankly, we've got a lot of interesting things happening in this respect in Libraryland and having a couple people talk about them would be extremely wothwhile.
Plus there's the fact that we'd be getting together...
More Info on BoF
Just a clarification: our BoF would be an informal sort of "meet-and-greet" on Drupal with maybe a couple of people doing short demo's of their sites. It would last maybe 90-120 mins.
For a more thorough presentation of Drupal, Cary & Co. are doing a Pre-Conference called "Getting Started With Drupal" on Fri. (6/27, 9a-5p):

For the Drupal BoF, we could have it on any of the conference days so long as it didn't conflict with some other major event. Yes, I know famous last words.
For me, the biggies are the LITA Get-together, the Tech Trends thing and the ALA President's speech.
Otherwise, I'm okay
Possibly interested...
I am possibly interested in this too. I'm not involved with LITA but I will be plenty busy with IRRT and NMRT events, perhaps a late afternoon get-together could work?
Time & Place
Sorry for the delay.
I was thinking maybe Sunday afternoon? I need to blast the Drupal4lib group to see what people think.
