Drupal Developer Needed For New Referral-Tracking Tool

Unity08, a new political movement based in Denver, is looking for a Drupal consultant or shop to help us develop a new tool that we're calling the "multiplier". In short, this tool would allow our supporters to refer their friends and then receive credit for the number of successful referrals. In addition, on a personal profile page supporters could view a map that displays their referrals (with 6 degress of separation) like ForwardTrack and to follow up with friends who haven't yet joined. We've written requirements for this tool, but we'd also look to your expertise to help us make it even better!

Our site was built in Drupal 4.6 by a Washington, DC-based Drupal shop and launched in late May. We know the basics of Drupal administration, but not enough to build a tool like this ourselves. Which is to say, after the tool is built we won't require much hand-holding.
