- CiviCRM is a standalone system that works in part with Drupal. It is the oldest and most popular module in this space. There are also a lot of other modules providing civicrm related features
- Party defines an entity that represents parties, that is, people or organizations. The Party module is thus the core of a planned Drupal CRM.
- CRM Core is a suite of modules for providing CRM functionality natively within Drupal. Built using the Entity and Fields API, it is designed to be an extensible system for tracking contacts and relationships that can be customized and fully integrated with other components.
- CRM is a Drupal native solution based on CCK and views. It is a medium aged module, but doesn't have much uptake.
- RedHen CRM RedHen CRM is an open source CRM framework built natively in Drupal. There is also a sandbox for RedHen CRM demonstration install profile.
- SugarCRM Webform Integration integrates webform results into the standalone SugarCRM system.
- CRM API is an API to integrate Drupal into multiple CRM backends.
- SugaronDrupal is a bridge between SugarCRM and Drupal.
- Light CRM is a Drupal 4.7 era tool that never got very popular.
- Salesforce is a module to bridge Drupal into a Salesforce system.
- CRMx. Video Demo / No project page yet. Tightly Integrated SaaS CRMx aims to be the Mollom of CRM for Drupal.
- Zoho Group set up Oct 2010 discussing integration with the http://zoho.com suite, including their CRM product (no code in cvs yet).
