Is anyone working on Open Realty or any other Real Estate solution? Looks like we going to start some serious modules development around Real Estate Verticals.

First attempt at an Ed site www.cor.robonline.id.au
Just started with Drupal and am working on 3 sites at once. With this site I am attempting to provide targeted resources for students studying a real estate course we offer by distance. You will have to log in to get past the front page so use student/student to see the site as students will see it when it goes live in early Feb.

We have been approached by few clients who want to develop sites in Real Estate i.e Properties, Rentals,etc. It involves Brokers and Agents for the brokers. Wanted to have a paid monthly model.
We would love to participate with someone who has started working on such a project. We are looking to commence work on this around April 2007 but if someone has already started this,we would love to participate.
