Varnish with Apache or NginX & php-fpm

I "think" I managed to get php-fpm working reasonably well with my Centos apache server. Running memcached and apc with 2GB of RAM on a VPS.

Looking around the web, there appear to be many examples of deploying Varnish with Nginx, not so much with apache?

Anyone Using "entitycache" on the BOA Sites

Hello.

Looking for other comments related to the use of:

https://drupal.org/project/entitycache

with the current BOA 2.0.9 setup.

Do you use it along with Boost? Core Caching? Redris?
Performance benefits? Server impact, etc.

Thanks,
Hg
