I'm posting this because I just spent way too long trying to figure out why all CCK fields were suddenly missing (absent, not showing up) as destination fields on the mapping page of a content set for the Migrate module. The answer is in plain site on the Migrate project page and discernible in the CHANGELOG.txt.

Migrate Extras. Optional, but for releases after Beta 4 you need this module to be able to migrate CCK fields, as well as other contrib modules previously supported natively in Migrate.

Can someone shed some light on the performance of CCK when lots of fields are created? An example would be The New York Observer, with 110 fields.

However, is there any specific data out there on how good its performance is in the case of +100 (or more) fields?

I'm using Panels extensively and I'm trying to override the add/edit form of a content type. I themed the content types edit form by registering the template file in template.php and then creating the a template file called node-meeting-edit.tpl.php. When I used panels to override the add/edit form and added the general form pane, the form went back to its original display. If I disable the form, everything works fine. Is there a way to get panels to use the template file for the forms? I have a feeling i may have to go the route of using the Forms API.

Ja, så har turen kommit till det nedrans bildspelet. I wordpress finns det nån simpel modul som sköter det hela med hjälp av JW Image Rotator. Principiellt är jag emot flash men jag har inte sett något bättre verktyg hittills så jag har kikat på SWF Tools och den verkar ju lösa problemet. Dock saknas ju dokumentation om hur man implementerar och jag hade tänkt mig att för en gångs skull SLIPPA hacka sönder standardmallar för att göra implementationen...

Jag har ett litet problem jag funderat på ett tag. Jag håller just nu på att migrera en wordpresslösning till drupal och i samband med det vill redaktören ha lite features som ger mig lite relationshuvudbry. Jag vill gärna jobba så OO som möjligt vilket får mig att vilja splitta upp redaktörens önskecontenttype i flera delar. Frågan är dock om det är det smartaste?

This question is about how to create/manage a compound CCK element, allowing simulataneous creation/editing of the parent node and its children in a single form.

I have a CCK type (Project) that I want to be the parent class for a set of child elements (Benchmarks). the existing CCK "Motif" seems to allow me to create an array type under project that helps me to "Find" existing chlld elements. What I want to be able to do is create a project AND a series of child benchmarks (or at least one!) in one fell swoop.

Har behov av att kunna hämta en nod och vissa den inbäddad i en annan nod.

Jag har sökt och försökt hitta någon modul till CCK som ska kunna göra det men det närmaste jag kom var Node in CCK. Problemet där var att den modulen enbart tillät mig att koppla en Nod för den specifika Innehållstypen. Jag vill kunna välja vilken inbäddad Nod som ska visas i samband med att jag lägger upp en ny post.

Helst skulle jag vilja ha ett fält i CCK där jag enbart skriver id-numret på Noden som ska bäddas in.

Hur kan jag manipulera number_integer (heltalsfältet) field och använda resultatet i en view?

Ska jag skapa ett till cck fält där jag på något sätt blockar för användaren lägger in det värdet med php?
Vill ju bara klicka i "Återskapa utmatningen av detta fält" och skriva [field_antalkossor_value_1]/12...
