J'ai utilisé Drupal pendant quelques années, mais je n'ai pas forcément suivi tout le développement de Drupal 7.

Vu que je ne travaille pas en ce moment, j'aimerai faire un site communautaire type forum sur un sujet qui m'intéresse. (forum, pools, views, cck,...)

I'm sure this is a silly question, but how can I tell which version and build of open publish I have installed?

I am setting up a new Drupal site. As far as SVN goes I am looking at the best practices. how existing SVN structures have been modeled. I am thinking of just having the sites folder in the SVN but am open to suggestions. Also how did you create the branches - Split between two thoughts - One to have each release as a branch and the other create a separate branch for module / theme / scripts / files.

I am looking at various options and looking forward for some advice.

So, I've got a question pointed by a services module discussion.. What should be the best practice for contributed module versioning when Drupal version is updated, keep current contrib versioning?

I am putting together a website for a college newspaper. I am set on using Drupal as my CMS, but it appears that many newspaper-related modules have not been updated for Drupal 6 -- most notably, Panels. Is there a way to use these modules on Drupal 6, or should I base my site on Drupal 5. I'm a relatively advanced developer but am new to Drupal - I apologize if I have overlooked something.
