I have a friend in Long Beach that is in the middle of development of a fairly large real estate website. He is in need of theming help over the next four weeks starting immediately. There is enough work to keep at least one person busy full time for those four weeks. Let me know if you are interested in helping and I will get you in touch. I am trying to help him out because he buried in the project right now. Local people that can drive to Long Beach would be preferable.
