advanced forum

I had partial success integrating [Advanced] Forums into Open Atrium.

I have enabled the Forum module in the original OA distribution, then installed and configured Advanced Forum.

After that, I had made the Forum content type Space Aware and Section Aware + all the other steps as per this tutorial (the tutorial shows how to integrate another type of content, but the steps work perfectly for Forum too):

As a result I am now able to create a Forum Section inside a Space.

I've been having serious performance issues with D7 on a shared host.

I've searched around and read loads of articles and opinions about this but at this stage I've got myself in a muddle and I'm not sure what to do next, hence the call for help.

I'm hosting a fairly complicated site on 5quid host in Edinburgh. They do not have any opcode cache, no memcache and no varnish. Since this is shared hosting I don't have the option of adding these things.

需求：
1. 用户可以选择两种语言：中文、英文
2. 选择英文的用户登录论坛，界面全是英文，只能看到的是英文帖子，能发布英文帖子
3. 选择中文的用户登录论坛，界面全是中文，只能看到的是中文帖子，能发布中文帖子

问题：
第1、2两个需求能完整实现，实现第3个需求时有个小问题：
当链接为drupal-7.15/?q=node/add/forum时，标题汉化了，是中文的，如第一个图（2012-09-14_150531.jpg）；
当链接为drupal-7.15/?q=node/add/forum/20时，标题没有汉化了，，如第二个图（2012-09-14_150506.jpg）；
解释下，Forum topic是默认建立的content type，Forum topic对应汉语“论坛话题”，里面的英文语句也都有对应的中文翻译语句。20是一个Forum topic的ID，也就是叫做Forums 的 vocabulary里面的一个条目，原始语言是英文，叫做Technical Discussion，对应的中文翻译为“技术讨论”。

Hace algún tiempo añadí a un pequeño sitio (foro sobre Tailandia) un foro. El cambio en el comportamiento de los usuarios ha sido curioso: todo el resto del contenido es ahora sistemáticamente ignorado. Si no está en el foro, no existe. La web se ha vuelto "foro-céntrica"

La única solución que veo es añadir diversos subforos que aglutinen otras opciones basadas en diferentes tipos de nodo en el sitio.

Jag driver ett "stort" forum som är byggt på Drupal 6.
Använder Advanced-forum-modulen och har fått ett problem. Problemet verkar dock inte bero på Advanced forum.

Efter diverse uppgraderingar av moduler, och kanske förändringar i användarrättigheterna går det inte längre att för inloggade medlemmar (inkl admin) att bläddra till sida 2,3,4 osv i trådar med många inlägg.

Basicamente, no se que poner, pero si quiero comentar y ver que opinan sobre las escasas ofertas de foros buenos para DRUPAL 7.

Habría que intentar ayudar a portar advanced_forums

I have the need to auto-assign a user to a particular forum (configured using the advanced forum module) when the user role changes from registered user to member. Is this possible to do with rules?

Jag har installerat alpha2-versionen av Advanced Forum. Det finns en sv.po-fil i translations-mappen, med strängar översatta. Men det är ändå de engelska som visas. Om jag ställer in webbplatsens språk till t.ex. spanska eller tyska, då visas de översättningarna. Men inte den svenska...

Har testat att kopiera de.po och es.po till sv.po, för att se om det var nåt med filen. Men det funkar inte heller.

Någon som kan ha en aning om varför just svenska inte fungerar? Det fungerar utmärkt på andra moduler på sajten.
