storm

I'm trying to create a view which lists both tasks and notes for a selected project. I'm running into a brick wall. I want to be able to query with the project name and it lists all tasks and notes. Better still, if I could link this view as a block in the project view. It just isn't effecient having to click on tasks, then go back to the project view and click on notes. The Storm Dashboard module doesn't seem to work for me either. I don't run invoicing/time.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to modify storm add/edit ticket through the theme if possible. I have narrowed the solution down to the function

function theme_stormticket_view();

I believe I should be able to edit this function to accomplish what I need. However, I change the "theme" name to my theme name, refreshed the cache, edited the function in a few places, and it does not seem to be taking. Nothing I seem to do to that function is changing the html on the add/edit tickets page. Am I in the correct place? What am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone, first of all let me give some background info I am an IT manager at a resort in Kissimmee, FL and I am creating an intranet site that we will use to relay task and information throughout the property (medium to small size property only 247 rooms). So far I think Storm is great and is more than capable of providing exactly what we need, I have moderate knowledge in php I know my way around and understand what is going on for the most part.

Is there a way to edit the "bill to" field in Storm Invoice? Currently all I see is a default generated "United States of America"

I've had trouble finding any good and simple "gallery" modules that have all of the features I'd like to have for my online and AIR desktop portfolios. Part of which includes some of my client information such as company name, web site, etc. since storm has this information as part of it's core, do any of the other users/developers of storm think it makes sense to have a gallery add on module for storm?

I would like to expand my knowledgebase within storm module with some additional topics. I am not finding an easy way to do this within the module. I am a total noob to this sort of project tracking system so I apologize if this is a simple question.

I am working with a customer who will require several different types of task forms (different tasks for people to perform). Is there a method or tool to create custom forms and reports in Storm? Alternatively, can the Webform module easily integrate with Storm?

While I haven't had a chance to play with Storm a whole lot yet, I'm very impressed! It seems to kick a lot of competition to the curb. Thanks much for your efforts!!

My organization is in the process of leaving basecamp. While the task lists and such are nice, it's missing features my project manager desires, and just got hugely overloaded with the amount of marketing stuff we were spitting out. She's currently looking into purchasing Microsoft Project which could be good, but is putting up some red flags in my mind. Examples:

I've recently come across the storm module. I'm exploring the ability to build a work group collaboration tool around this module along with the use of a variety of other tools. In a non-church effort, I've been researching all sorts of collaboration and project managment web services such as Basecamp, CentralDesktop, ACE, Sharepoint and some more. They've all had their issues in one area or another.

The flexibility of Drupal combined with storm may be able to bring us closer than any other options.
