image gallery

I've had trouble finding any good and simple "gallery" modules that have all of the features I'd like to have for my online and AIR desktop portfolios. Part of which includes some of my client information such as company name, web site, etc. since storm has this information as part of it's core, do any of the other users/developers of storm think it makes sense to have a gallery add on module for storm?

Something is screwy with image gallery since I upgraded from Drupal 5 to 6. I only use image galleries on one site, huntresses.org, which is a family site. Anonymous users aren't supposed to see any content. I use front page to say that you have to register. When I upgraded from 5 to 6, the Images menu item started showing on huntresses.org for anonymous. It is the only item in the menu. Originally it let me click through the galleries and it would display the full images (the nodes). Now the images show in the galleries but the image nodes are no longer displayed. So I've made some progress.

I want to create an image gallery using the "Image Gallery" module, but instead of having the gallery displayed on it's own page, I'd like to embed & display the gallery in another node.

OK here's how it goes...
I have CCK+Views2 making a gallery.
I have individual images as thumbnails in the gallery-view.
When you select an image you are treated to the oh so cool if not ever popular Lightbox2 display of.... the node page in an iframe. The iframe contains a whole webpage crammed into the lightbox. I don't want the header region, left and right regions, or back-ground images in the rendering.

So, I need "enterprise" solution and can't figure out the way to do.
Imagefield is not acceptable for that.
I want reuse my images.

Example:
I have article about local event. There was vip-person on this event and sponsors.
Sponsors images will appear only here in this article.
vip-person image i get from "vip-person" gallery
event images from "This event" gallery

What is the easiest way for editor to add article and images to drupal?
