Post Purchase Sharing

I am building an ecommerce site with Drupal and I would like to allow customers to share on their Facebook Wall or Tweet what they have purchased after the checkout is completed. How can this be done? I have searched for 1 entire day and have been unlucky. Any help guys?

I am investigating social networks built in drupal and other php frameworks. Would be interested to know if anyone has used drupal for a large (50-100k) social network. Or if anyone migrated from or to drupal for social networking and the reasons and experiences.
