Hi folks, This is very long time i am posting. I was busy with one Moodle project. i was seating at office and suddenly one thought came in my mind why i am not contributing in Drupal. Finally i decided to contribute Drupal 6 module. I am considering drupal 6 because i know drupal 6 you can say much or less. But the reason of creating discussion is to think some question like which module? what will be the function of that module? what are the approaches? and you can tell me the concept of your module you are thinking but you are busy with some other things.

I just installed Drupal 7 and after playing with it for a little while, I have tons of questions. I live here in Ames where you guys meet. Is there a good resource you can point me to to create a Drupal site that looks like a static site? Like on the homepage, I don't want people to sign in. I'd really like to have a static site look and feel for one portion, a blog on another portion, and possibly a forum on another. My current site (which needs help badly) can be found here.

Pleased to announce Drupal camp San Francisco (a.k.a BADCamp). This will be a single Saturday event at the SFSU downtown campus at 5th and Market. The event will be hosted by the Information Management Systems Association, iMSA, http://imsa.sfsu.edu .
