Berkeley

BDUG is the Berkeley Drupal Users Group. This group is open to everyone in the area who is interested in learning, teaching or networking about Drupal. We hold monthly meetings on the UC Berkeley campus.

We maintain a list of San Francisco Bay Area-based Drupal consultants.

Berkeley Builder's Lounge Normally meets the first Tuesday of the month. Normally meetings are announced in this group. To ask if a meeting is happening make a post here.

For more info on Drupal in the San Francisco Bay Area, checkout http://groups.drupal.org/bay-area

http://groups.google.com/group/berkeley-drupal is an additional, complimentary discussion list. (People are having trouble getting groups.drupal.org to send them posts via email.)

Drupal 7...or 6?

What's your opinion - does Drupal 7 have reasonably stable modules for events listings, calendar, news with images, response forms, links, and FAQ pages? Or should we stick with Drupal 6 for now?

HAPPY New year Bay Area Drupal Community!!

2012 the year of the Dragon is going to be a GREAT year for Drupal!!

We are starting off the year with a topic which we have never had at a SFDUG meetup and that is Mapping and Drupal, a topic which we have all come across before and wondered how to do right.

There is a new O'Reilly book out on the topic and we are lucky some of the Authors of the book are coming to present to us.

Patrick D. Hayes & Alan Palazzolo will present "Mapping with Drupal"
