Hey folks! If you'd like to try another meetup this month, please comment here and suggest a good time and place. I'm currently looking at the 22nd-23rd weekend, potentially at the Chico library, potentially from 12:30 - 1:30.

Speaker Diversity Workshop through SFDUG and friends
Drupal Diversity & Inclusion advocates through SFDUG are hosting a Speaker Diversity Workshop to help speakers from underrepresented groups prepare to speak at conferences. This will in turn help local meetups, Drupal Camps, and even DrupalCons develop a more diverse speaker roster. The workshop helps folks bust through their impostor syndrome and develop a topic, title, pitch, bio, and outline. #DrupalSpeakerDiversity

Chico Area Meetup March 2016: Workflow
This meetup will be in two halves:
- A demonstration of how to manage a website using local local and remote tools to maintain code, databases, and files and to collaborate with others.
Git will be used to manage local code and move targeted code to a test or live environment
Drush will be used to perform Drupal-specific local and remote maintenance tasks.
Mysql will be used to perform local and remote database tasks.
Rsync will be used to perform remote file management tasks.

Chico Area Meetup January 2016
Hi!
Looking forward to seeing faces old and new as we move in to 2016 with our first meeting of the year.
No specific agenda this time but hopefully an opportunity to connect and talk about anything that comes up and help or be helped where possible.
Someone will be around at Midtown Local from 5pm until 9pm in case you want to swing by early or can't make it until later on.
