There has been an up and coming categorization of engineers in the Drupal world that specialize in what we call DevOps. DevOps entails managing the infrastructure and workflow practices to deliver enterprise level sites in complex environments. This should span everything from automated testing, change management tools like puppet, branching strategies, continuous integration, performance and anything else that falls in this category.
Please make every effort to keep posts in this group on topic. We will do our best to assist, but this is not a dumping ground for random requests and development problems.

Very slow sites when running BOA from vagrant
Running VirtualBox 4.2.4 on a MacOS Lion and the BOA instance has 2 GB of RAM and Barracuda 2.04.
I have created a VM with Barracuda setup. I followed these guidelines:
I managed to mount the static directory for my users like this in the Vagrantfile.
config.vm.share_folder "platforms-o1", "/data/disk/o1/static", "~/workspace/platforms-o1", :extra => "dmode=755,fmode=755,gid=100,uid=110"
config.vm.share_folder "platforms-o2", "/data/disk/o2/static", "~/workspace/platforms-o2", :extra => "dmode=755,fmode=755,gid=100,uid=112"
how to manage Drupal team with multiple developers of Drupal working collaborative on a large scale project
Hi,
I have a question about management of Drupal projects. I search the forums but cannot find any complete solution for it.
In large scale web projects that need a team for development I don’t know how it is possible to development simultaneously with a team of developers. In Drupal projects I think about 85 to 95 percentages of project is configuration by using modules and only 5 to 15 percentages of remaining needs to write and develop Drupal modules which depends of course on requirements of projects.

This is a page describing my and other drupalbases built and downloadable (through dropbox).
Mine is Centos 6.3 minimal based, built from scratch. Will post more and clean it up a bit, put on OpenPublish for an example site, then put it on dropbox. It's got emacs, puppet, git, working yum, varnish, memcached, solr, PHP53 (nothing fancy), apache, exposes all these services as ports in case developer wants to use mamp or whatever, some more stuff, and the best part: RunDeck...
