(fixed, simple error) Images and Rss feeds lost in just installed OP-2.3RC1-Build375 (latest) / starting multisite

Hi,

I installed the latest version (OpenPublish-2.3RC1-Build375) on a server, disabled calais, and started workin in the instal to give it a try. I have a problem because the uploaded node images are not showing (the site seems to be looking for them on a folder that does not exist) and the feeds are also lost, i get the list of feeds but when i click on any of them, the file is not found. Is there extra configuration that has to be done in order for them to work?

We're working in making a multisite starting with openpublish to create instances.

you can see in the home there are 2 multimedia articles that are supposed to have a thumnail and it is lost.
