Hi all,

I'm happy to find a NH Drupal Users Group! I look forward to attending meetings.

Is anyone using CiviCRM with Drupal? I'm looking for someone who can mentor me through the process of writing some custom code. (I'm a long time HTML/XHTML and CSS coder; have created 4 Drupal sites this year, and am still new at learning CiviCRM).

I'm working with a non-profit org which has four levels of membership and 12 chapters across the U.S. Each membership level has a different fee and chapter dues vary from one chapter to another. If I use CiviCRM as is, I have to create a membership type for each of the four membership levels for each of the 12 chapters for a total of 48 membership types.

This is quite unwieldy so I'm looking for a way to create four levels of membership in the national organization and then ask people to select a chapter and add the chapter dues to the national dues.

If anyone has any thoughts about this or has time to walk me through the process, I'd be most appreciative.

Thanks,
Cam

Have you tried #civicrm on IRC? dlobo, the head of the operation, is often there and extremely helpful (really nice guy, too). The other leads on the project are often there as well.

I'm not sure the experience with CiviCRM here in our group(s), however, the Boston group (http://groups.drupal.org/boston) does have scheduled meetups (outside their primary monthly meetup) focused specifically on CiviCRM.

Thanks!
