I'm experimenting with a top story carousel using the views carousel module. I can display a published article's headline, but the main image won't appear. What is the correct setting for the image to appear in the views carousel? Thanks.

Thanks, Steve. The screen shots were very informative. One question: How do you get "Content: Main Image (Carousel image linked to node)" in the Fields? The closest I can come is slideshow.

If the nodetype offers a main
If the nodetype offers a main image, you can add the filter in there as a field (just like title, tease etc).
You can then choose it from "Content"
