Non-Profit Drupal Sites List?

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

I was wondering if anyone on here new of a site that maintains a pretty current list of non-profits that use Drupal as their content management system by any chance, particularly higher profile groups and that sort of thing... like showcase sites of the non-profit world...?

That's a good question. I don't know of one. Can we start a list, or make a list to add to any pre-existing list that's out there?

(X-posting this with NTEN-Drupal and will x-post any feedback...)

http://www.greenpeace.org (I believe it was, but I am not sure if they still are)

I used to work for http://www.wgbh.org and they are in the process of a rebuild in Drupal.
They are blogging about it here: http://devblog.wgbh.org/

Can others add more?

Wiki page exists

I created this back in the day and asked for updates but received few. I've tried to make wiki nodes more obvious with the new "pages" feature, so hopefully that helps. Direct link to page of nonprofits on Drupal is here: http://groups.drupal.org/node/2852

Edit away.

adding more nonprofits...

http://www.uas.coop/ -- the Urban Alliance for Sustainability is a great volunteer/activist-centric group in San Francisco.
http://www.dnafiles.org -- puts a science radio program online.
The Post Carbon Institute http://www.postcarbon.org/ and many other groups in the Peak Oil field use Drupal.

This list could get very long very fast... I wonder if we could create a list of nonprofits using Drupal well in a variety of fields, where the organization and/or one of the programmers will give out tips on creating similar media|activist|service-org|community Drupal sites to help other orgs get started?

excellent... I'd like to see that wiki page really grow. I personally really appreciate the showcase/case studies of Drupal sites in the forums, but I think that this sort of specific list of sites by genre gives people a quick snapshot of what's going on with Drupal in their area of interest. I'm going to bookmark it and add things as I run across them..
