Start:
2008-05-27 19:00 - 21:00 America/Detroit
Event type:
User group meeting

Our next meeting will be held on May 27th 2008 at 7pm. This is a Tuesday as our regular time falls on the Memorial day holiday .

The future is here, real tv on your pc. Zattoo is streaming tv to your pc. Awesome, I want some. And guess what they use? Drupal! Smart kids.

But unfortunately it is only available in the E. U. as the U.S. is a little slower in working out the legal details. Rest assured they are working on it and one day you too can be watching tv on your pc in the USA..

Chris Cassell of Zattoo has graciously offered to give us a tour of their customized caching. Apparently, Drupal core caching wasn't up to the task but Drupal core was flexible enough to let them build what they needed.

I can't wait for this talk. This will be more ammunition in my arsenal in the argument that Drupal can hang with the big boys and serve the masses.

Bring a friend! This should be a great talk.
