I just started using OP 2.3 and noticed that the Event content type does not allow for recurring events.
Is the event content type using any customize code? Or can I look for a module to add that feature? Or is this something that is planned for a future release?

This would be a great feature
This would be a great feature for us, too, as we have lots of weekly events. For example, a Bossa Nova night every Thursday in the same venue. Would save a lot of duplicate entry and reduce the chance of user errors.
Agreed this would be really useful
At present I have used the calendar repeating dates function, which works but is clumsy, as I have to change the views. I have a number of clubs who meet weekly when there are no holidays, so full calendar repeating dates function would be essential.
