OpenPublish 2.3 Updates?

Hi there.

From previous experience, I have learnt not to update modules independent of the core OP updates unless specifically advised.

Going through the group history, I found this list of modules which shouldn't be updated:
OpenPublish 2.2.x
* Admin
* Features (not patched but versions post-beta8 have significant API changes which require re-export of almost all exported features and thorough testing. Update coming in OP 2.3)
* Context (patch accepted but upgrade awaiting Features update to not break exported features).
* Acquia Search
* CKeditor
* NodeRelationships
* ModalFrame (not patched but you should use their own dev release, until "stable" one is fixed).
* RDF
* FeedAPI Mapper (not patched but you should use their own dev release, since "stable" is very, very old).
* CMF (not patched but you should use their own dev release, until "stable" one is fixed).

Is this still current? I have updates available for the following modules, can someone please advise which I can update:

CCK 2.9
Date 2.7
Devel 1.23
Embedded Media Field 1.26 / 2.4
FileField 3.9
ImageField 3.9
IMCE 2.1
jCarousel 2.2
Localization update 1.0-alpha3 / 1.x-dev (20/12/2010)
Login Destination 2.12
Panels 3.9
RDF 1.0-alpha8
Rules 1.4
Scheduler 1.8
Twitter Pull 1.2
Views 2.12

Some of these (Views, Panels, EMF) are security updates and I'd like to get the site patched ASAP.

If these can't be installed, do we have an ETA on when we'll see an update including these changes?

Thanks for all the hard work, OP seems exceptionally good so far, more like what I would have liked Drupal to be years ago!
