Nginx training on Drupal Events: how to do it?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

We've just decided the final date for our 1st Drupalcamp in Portugal and I'm going to give a presentation on Nginx and Drupal. This will be the rework of a presentation I gave last November on a meetup at oPorto.

I'm wondering if there's any market/interest/demand for training on running Drupal with Nginx. Grace's work on the install script for Aegir made the transition from Apache to Nginx easy. But the fact remains that in order to have full control and understanding of your site you should know the details of the Nginx config.

Grace, Brian, others, what's your take on this idea of providing training for running Drupal with Nginx? Has there been anything done before along these lines? What about other camps/summits? What about drupalcon?

I think that we can "sell" Nginx quite easily as more efficient and secure way to run a Drupal site. Also the configuration obeys a logic that Apache configs lack.

What about drupal shops out there that deploy client sites in Nginx. Do you use it as a selling point?

Thanks,
António

Just wanted to say congrats on your first Drupalcamp of Portugal, and thank you for sharing the nginx config repo!

I think that our community is craving an alternative to apache, and ngnix training would be welcomed at camps, cons, etc...
Drupal runs heavy on servers and we need to do everything we can to lighten the load! At least, that's what brought me here.

Thanks again,
