Now that the holidays are past us, let's plan for a February DUG meeting. If people are still interested, we can use the same agenda that was planned for November.
We're offering to present on Xdebug and Webgrind. Estimated time: 30-45 minutes.
Comment with topics you would like to present. Since meeting space is always an issue, let's try to work that out before the day of the meetup. :) Downtown library has decent space but reserving a room can be a bit of a headache.

I'm open most weekday evenings. What works for everyone else?

Let's shoot for either a Tuesday or Thursday. That would absolutely perfect for me. We would love to host the part as long as there aren't too many people. We have enough for about 12-14 people. It's right downtown and close enough to all trax and frontrunner stations. If anyone needs help arranging transportation then let me know. Sounds like the agenda is already setup for us, so not much work would have to go into it.
All Tues and Thurs in Feb work for me except for the 1st and 10th. So everyone else chime-in. Does 7pm work for everyone too?
Andrew (amariotti)
yep
Tue/Thu at 7pm is perfect. How's February 8th for everyone?

Great ideas you have here. I like this idea of the group exercise. I'd be glad to use my web host for this since I have Drush4 setup for easy module downloading and installing. I think that is a great idea of an exercise for our first one. Everyone needs to agree to not do any research before hand so we can make sure we're all fresh on the subject. If you've done one before then I guess there's nothing we can do. :)
As far as more agenda items, I think we're ok. Introductions usually take quite a bit of time and at this point I think we're at 1 1/2 hours so I think we're OK, unless anyone else has anything else.
I'll check on pizza/drinks this week, but I can't guarantee anything. Anyone else willing to check with their employer?
Andrew (amariotti)
looking forward to it
Andrew,
You shouldn't have to provide pizza/drinks... you're providing the venue. Glad you like the idea. No, never really held a roundtable, but we do it all the time with client work so it seemed like a good exercise. Something between a code sprint/hackathon/dojo/communal learning. Hopefully everyone gets something out of it can contribute back in some way. It shouldn't be a forum to do someone's homework. :)

A Tuesday or Thursday at 7 works for me.
Andrew, if your location doesn't work out I might be able to get one that could accommodate the same number. But I'd have to schedule it ahead of time.
I'm interested in both the Ubercart and Flickal (Flicker + Drupal) topics.
The 8th works great for me.
The 8th works great for me. What's the address Andrew?
Are we on for February 8th?
We should still plan on the DUG meeting even if it's only a couple of us. Should we add the event?
Yeah, why not? Are we
Yeah, why not? Are we thinking the 8th?
I'm in for the 8th
Hey Guys,
I'm in for a meeting on the 8th. I'm a newb, so I can't contribute too much, but I'm eager to learn. Thanks
I think my calendar is
I think my calendar is looking good for the 8th - I'm in. I'm happy to help with $$ resources towards good if anyone can help with actually getting it. I often like to use TRAX when I head into the downtown area.
Also, I saw Ubercart mentioned in my quick scan. I'm happy to help with discussions/answering questions about Ubercart. My schedule won't allow me to put anything formal together, but I have done a variety of projects based on Ubercart.
Haven't heard anything new on
Haven't heard anything new on this for a while. The new event only has 1 sign-up, are we still on board for this? I just need to clear it with my boss, but I'm sure it will be fine. I'd rather not plan it if we don't have many people coming. So, sign-up for the event today! Thanks everyone.

Who, what, where, when
I'm new - where/what time is this meeting? Sounds interesting...
