I need the assistance of a Drupal developer to create a prototype website for a business plan competition at UNH. First prize is $10,000, and there are several lesser prizes. It is political in nature, and will need to be tied in to social media and able to perform statistical calculations based on various data tables. Knowledge of PHP would be preferred, but if the site can be built just with modules, that's fine.
I have done some development in Drupal in the past, first in 5.x and then 6.x, so if you can consult on how to achieve objectives and even engage in some configuration, I can take care of some of the design as well. I'd like to have this be a 7.x site if possible.
