I've modified the new
I've modified the new gdo/phil layout.. comments pls..
So how are we going to do the "sticky" tags, coz we don't have that functionality right now.. We can categorize the postings, just like what the nyc group have. I'll go ahead and implement it, let's make the changes later :)

I noticed "sticky" is placed as one of the selectable term, except in wiki. For now this may suffice but concerns may arise when everyone wants his/her post sticky, maging sticky lahat, same old issue will come back. Pwede na rin segurong gawing check field ang sticky. I don't know if post moderation can be done here to queue the stick-ied post to a moderator, but then the moderator will have his hands full, mahirap na, voluntary lang naman 'to. Kung 'di naman i-moderate, we all will have to be responsible enough to sticky or not our own posts. Another way might be to add a most popular block, but posts will have to be long-threaded to make it to the top.

How about some "rules" on which posts deserved to be sticky? Not really hard rules, just guides for the community to follow.
