Recommendations for commercial technical support for Drupal?

OK All - while there's a wealth of information available on the drupal forums, online docs and books, there's no substitute for access to a real techie. Most shops, ours included, do not hesitate to obtain maintenance contracts on the equipment, and Drupal is just as critical a component as the hardware when it comes to delivering one's web site(s).

I've queried Acquia already but I was wondering if any of you readers have any recommendations for a person/firm to provide primarily email answers to conceptual and technical issue questions.
