These images were shot during the Design Initiative workshops - we ran two brainstorming groups concurrently to find answers to some difficult questions regarding the design brief for the new D8 theme design.

I ran the first group and we focused on what elements should be in our wireframes (no use case, just generic Drupal), yoroy's group picked a use case (photographers portfolio) and concentrated on what might be that type of site. I will post the actual results in a wiki page and link to it from here, for now I just wanted to shout this out because, in mortendk's words we "got shit done" and it was a lot of fun + totally awesome to gather 25 or so designers and front-enders and actually get a consensus in 2 hours and not a bikeshed in site...

We used the KJ technique from Jared Spool -http://www.uie.com/articles/kj_technique, this worked very well - we generated an enormous amount of ideas and allowed us to narrow these down to the most important things quickly + reach a consensus.
