Our 7th organizational meeting for this year's DrupalCamp will take place in the hour preceding the W.E.B. BBQ, in the very same building on the patio of Restaurant L'Ambroisie, 4020 Rue St-Ambroise.

Topics of discussion will likely include:

  • Thompson House update
  • Catering - final decision?
  • Stickers?
  • Friday night party

Note that Restaurant L'Ambroisie is actually in the same building as our office. The building has three front entrances each with its own street address.

Hello everyone,

Here are the minutes from last night's meeting. Please feel free to correct or add to them as you see fit.

Minutes

  • Keynotes/Special Guests: All flights booked. Todo: book Jenn's hotel. Contact keynotes for descriptions of their presentations.
  • Budget: updated with reduced costs for flights and accommodations.
  • Thompson House: booking confirmed. Will have main floor and basement. Invoice to come at event.
  • Video: confirmed.
  • Catering: Day 1 Lebanese, Day 2 Pizza
  • Stickers: tabled until future meeting
  • Friday night: Speakers dinner rather than large scale event. Commensal proposed as venue.
  • Sponsorship: Approx. $1500 to go to meet $7000 goal.
  • T-shirts: Jenny from Koumbit to design.
  • Training: Acquia to use bof room to provide additional training across weekend.
  • Draw prizes: confirmed from Pearson. EW to contact Lullabot and Ben. Matt to contact Albert
  • Translation: headsets/whisper/simulcast - still undecided.
  • Next meeting Wed., Aug. 24th. Louis-Eric proposes 63 Reasons as a location and will post an event.
