Hi everyone,

Here are last night's meeting minutes. Please add to or correct them as you see fit.

Minutes

  • Sessions: k-project chosen to replace missing Portland U session. Omar to contact speaker and adjust schedule.
  • Stickers: status unknown - Matt do you have an update?
  • Lanyards and Name Tags: EW to deliver for 1:30pm, Friday.
  • WIFI: 350 accounts acquired.
  • Code Sprint: EW to coordinate on site if issues arise?
  • Budget: with video expenses removed, estimated $7000 surplus.
  • Sponsors: Microsoft no, iWeb yes.
  • Volunteers: Ryan to compose email, Louis-Eric to translate, Ryan to send out to identified volunteers.
  • Spearker's Dinner: booked and invites sent.
  • Saturday night party: on track.
  • Tuesday night drinks: cite-cine as a backup if weather is terrible and Benelux is too busy.
  • Promotion: please do whatever you can in these last few days.
  • Supplies: Andrew to send out a Supply ask list to everyone.
  • Food: Pizza = Simone, Lebonese = Omar. Order for 180.
  • Association paperwork: finally underway. Number should arrive in the mail shortly.
  • Draw prizes. Books a bit late - Andrew to investigate. "Build a Module" coupons donated to Louis-Eric.
  • Coffee makers: two acquired for $114.
