With DrupalCampTO coming up, I'd love to organize a coding sprint to help tackle some of the issues that have been bugging us with Drupal core and/or contrib modules. It's just a bunch of geeks hanging out in a room on the evening of, or the day before the camp, working together to clean up the issue queue for module/core maintainers! It's an excellent space for beginners to start working on some modules, and designers are always needed to help with UI. Total love-in.
So what's bugging you guys? Is there anything that you would like to work on? I've taken a few suggestions from the Drupal Core Initiatives:
Anyone interested in helping out on November 10/11 make Drupal even better? Which issues would you like to tackle? I even added a poll.

Sweet, I'm in! Interesting in HTML5 in Core and WYSIWYG in Core :) But will jump in still otherwise if those aren't hot topics of interest.

HTML5 in core is an interest of mine. How would those not having a laptop participate in this sprint? (assuming that the sprint will be held at a location).

Once we have an idea of the involvement, we'll have to solidify a location for the sprint. We might be able to get George Brown College to lend us some lab space, which will solve your computational concerns! Otherwise, there might be a happy Drupaler willing to lend you an extra computer for the time being.
If all else fails - you could always just telecommute in from your home computer, or help people onsite by tutoring newbies. It's not like location ever stopped the Drupal community from anything before!
Thanks for the heads up either way, I'll keep that in mind when looking for a local.

HTML5 in Core would be an interest of mine as well, and I'm sure that @Jacine would appreciate the help with the initiative.

WYSIWYG and Designing & Theming both sound interesting, but I'd be willing to dive in no matter what.

Count me in for HTML 5 in core. I'd love to start tackling more of the larger templates. A dedicated day would be great for me from a timing perspective.

I'd be up for this. Any of the core initiatives are fine by me. A dedicated day would be great, preferably the 10th so I would only have to travel to Toronto once.
