I would like to see what sites the Drupal community deems "Gorgeous Drupal Sites".
Here are a few that I think are outstanding examples of beautiful design and theme development.

Those Are Great
I particularly like UArts, as we launched it last month! :)

UArts + more
Congrats Matthew, UArts site looks great.
That Vintage Child looks to be a nice use of Commerce -
Another pretty site is http://www.whitehouse.gov (once you get past the annoying give-me-your-email-blocker)
I'd like to shamelessly plug Peckerwood Garden which has lots of pretty garden photos. Check it out online or better yet in person when you're down in Texas (which I believe is finally cooling off).

UArts is stunning swtor is nice too
Here are a couple built by my wife and budding Drupalista Veronica ( http://drupal.org/user/505808 )

and
http://www.konakai.co.uk/ (best viewed in any browser than i.e. for smoother CSS3 transitions etc).
I guess I am biased in putting these forwards, what is certainly true is there are some awesome Drupal sites being designed right now.
One I love which is nothing to do with me is the Starwars site

UA Arts and RMCAD
I think the UA Arts and RMCAD sites are pretty cool looking out of the Drupal mold sites. I recently launched www.harmonicenvironments.com which a friend and I built that I had a lot of fun doing.
UArts is cool
My only want for this site is that the left navigation was stationary and didn't scroll with the page. Then maybe as the user gets to the bottom the contact information scrolls up into view. That would be really awesome.
