I'm getting an error when going to "Need volunteer to moderate groups submissions" in this group:

I was going to post a similar comment but you beat me to it.
I, too, receive an error when I visit:
http://groups.drupal.org/node/192
(Note - the colon (:) in your post above is being included in your second link just after 192 and it has the unintended consequence of taking the visitor to a working page.)

I was simply posting the error as I received it, though not the entire error message, as I deemed the rest unnecessary in order to find and fix the problem. The urlfilter module converted the text to a link, including the colon as part of the link.

fixed, but odd
i saw that too ... i looked in the DB and there were two spam comments at the end of tha thread. one had a gigantic body. i wonder if drupal was choking when attempting to run a filter on that body. i unpublished the comments but still drupal choked. then i deleted them and all is well now.
Here's Another One
The http://groups.drupal.org/user/3321 user has posted a comment to http://groups.drupal.org/node/660 that causes an error when attempting to view. I'm assuming it'll have to be removed from the database, like the previous one. I have already blocked the user.
