Given that it's going to be snowing this week / weekend, and given that colleges are cutting expenses, what are the indoor temperatures expected to be? Will it be two+ layers or would t-shirts be workable?

Room Temperature
We have been assured that it will be 'room temperature'. :)
There are classes being held in other parts of the building, and we have access to maintenance staff if there is anything that needs to be adjusted.
But, being a savvy New Englander, I always recommend dressing in layers.
